PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. During high-volume periods (launches, promotions or holidays), processing times may be extended. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times within the United States:
· Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
· Expedited Shipping (if available): 2 to 4 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Novana Wellness LLC does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers depending on your location and order. The carrier is selected at our discretion.

SHIPPING COSTS
· Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
· Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged).

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. Novana Wellness LLC is not responsible for tracking information that is delayed or not updated in real time by the carrier.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Novana Wellness LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed once they have been handed off to the carrier and marked as "In Transit" or "Delivered."
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
1. Check with neighbors, building management or any other household members
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim
3. If the issue is not resolved within 5 business days, contact us at novanawellness@gmail.com
We will do our best to assist you, but we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
2. Contact us at novanawellness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
3. Include your order number and photos in your email
Claims submitted after 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before issuing a replacement or refund.

WRONG ADDRESS
It is your sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Novana Wellness LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at novanawellness@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee any address changes.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for paying a reshipping fee before the order is resent. We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to address errors.

UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us as unclaimed, we will deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from your refund. This applies regardless of the reason for refusal or non-collection.

DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Novana Wellness LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
· Natural disasters, severe weather or acts of God
· Carrier delays, strikes or operational issues
· Customs clearance (for international orders, if applicable)
· Public health emergencies
· Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In these cases, we will not issue refunds or replacements for delayed shipments.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by our fulfillment partner. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at novanawellness@gmail.com. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Novana Wellness ships within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
